Submission Guidelines
Abstracts and manuscripts should reflect a substantial advancement in Mechanical Engineering.
Category I (Abstract Submission): The length of the abstract shall not exceed 300 words. The abstracts will be published in the Conference Souvenir. One of the authors is required to attend the conference to make a brief presentation of the submitted work. Submissions should highlight the novelty of the work.
Category II (Full Paper Submission): Regular paper submissions shall not exceed 8 (eight) pages, including bibliography. One of the authors is required to attend the conference to make a complete presentation of the work.

Formatting Instructions
All manuscripts must be written in English and the template for the same can be downloaded by clicking the ‘Download Template‘ button below. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
Manuscript Submission
Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts through Easy Chair portal (A web-based conference management software).
Kindly go through all the instructions provided on this page before submitting the manuscript and make necessary changes, if required. We at ICoFT, wish you all the best.
Review and Publication
Eminent experts from respective domains will perform peer review of the manuscripts. At least one of the authors should register for each accepted paper and present the findings.
Only the registered and presented manuscripts in the conference along with the acceptance of Session Chair(s) will be recommended for publication. In addition, papers from the conference will be published by below mentioned publications as a proceedings book volume. Publications will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
Based on the reviewer’s suggestion, the presented papers will be published in any one of the above publications.
Policy for Plagiarism
All submitted abstracts and manuscripts will be subjected to “Similarity check” by a licensed version of “iThenticate: Plagiarism Detection Software”. Articles achieving a minimal similarity index (less than 10%) alone will be examined, and those deemed unacceptable will be rejected/withdrawn without a formal review. Submissions should also ensure less than 2% similarity from a single source.
Authors are requested to refrain from plagiarism in any form. Authors should submit their original and unpublished research work, which is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscript with a higher similarity index will be rejected during any review stage. As per the copyright transfer agreement, authors are deemed individually and collectively responsible for the content of manuscripts published by them. Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to strive for the highest ethical standards concerning plagiarism.
